Thonon-les-Bains in 1996, Francois Chatelain continues its learning in the famous Alpine Michelin stars restaurants : Veyrat, Carrier, Paccard, Bise.

He then joins the exotic Bora Bora in Annecy le Vieux, offering world cuisine
yet 2003.

A trip to Canada and another to New Zealand unveil new experiences but does not uproot this Savoyard born who since caters in Chalet Montana, Val d'Isere.
